My horse was tired and I had no water to give her. I was supposed to go out and steal food for my family at Hryule Market. Sighing, I kicked some rocks. The white and brown spotted horse lay on her side in the grass, sleeping. I liked to call her Meg.
"Ahhhh! This SUCKS!" I shouted at nothing. I kicked a larger rock and stubbed my toe, which I screamed in agony.
My ears perked at the sound of a crunch. I surveyed my surrounding area, but saw nothing. Slowly I made my way over to Meg and pulled out my bow and arrow from a knapsack.

I yawned. It was in the late afternoon of Hyrule and I was happy to be heading home. It had been a long day at Hyrule Market. I dropped the sack of food supplies I was carrying and took a rest for a bit. My feet were killing me. Yet that was the least of my worries.
A scream was heard not too far from me, and it sounded angry. 'Okay...don't panic...just pick up your bag, and run home' I told myself. I knew it wasn't safe to travel alone, especially without a horse or something...and today was the day I would be learning my lesson. I quickly picked up my bag and ran for my home, my feet crunching leaves as I ran.

Holding the bow eye level I noticed an orange figure heading my way. I bent downwards, ready to shoot if it were a man. The orange hair was long, so I assumed it was a boy and dropped the arrow from eye level.
"Hey you!" I shouted to the girl. Running over in her direction I noticed she was pretty. A small face with pale skin; a very unique looking girl. Then again, most girls I saw had read hair and pale or dark skin.

I froze. 'Stupid...stupid...stupid!' Holding my breath, I looked over and saw a girl walking towards me with a bow. From her clothes, I would say she was a Gerudo. A theif. "I don't have any money if that's what you're after..." I said softly, eyeing the bow carefully.

"I don't want you're damn no good money," I spat angrily that she assumed I was trying to steal from her. Just because I'm a thief, it doesn’t mean I'm going to steal from everyone. I stole from only men, usually. There were some cases that involved pretty jewels on pretty ladies that didn't deserve them.
"I was actually wondering if you had anything to drink?" I questioned frustrated. "You see my horse Meg can't go on because she's thirsty and I have nothing to drink."
I pointed at my sleeping horse, I felt terrible. Should have thought about bringing water, but I thought it was going to be a fast trip. Turns out I was wrong, I've been here for over an hour.

"Sorry..." I whispered. I listened to her explanation and when she pointed towards her horse, my eyes widened and my heart almost broke. "Oh!"
Almost immediatly I ran towards her horse, opening my water canteen, trying to get the horse to drink. "I had no idea...I'm sorry I accused you." I said apologetically to her.
"The water's a bit warm, but there's a lake not to far from here, I'm sure the water will have her up and running in no time."
