Searching once more -open-

[Ilia]

Last time she had seen him, it was in Ordon springs. He rode off. She needed to speak with him, though. It was important.

"link...Link..!"

She remembered last time she waqs here. She was sick, and not long after meeting with epona she had met with dark.

A soft wind blew across Kakariko Village. The clouds were growing in size and number. The sun was begining to lose it's shine as dark clouds drew closer.

Link and Epona were playing in the spring when Link heard his name being called. He turn his attention in the direction of the call and in his sight was Ilia.

"Hey, Ilia!"

[Ilia]

She closed her eyes once seeing him. She was hurt, but wouldn't show it. He had left her. She wouldn't forgive him for it. She has a scratch on her cheek, it bleeding slightly, along with a few other cuts on her arms. She lloked slightly tired, glaring at him.

"Y..You left me! I've had to go through the field to get here..."

Link had a corcern look when he heard her words. HE ran to her and held her in his amrs.

"I'm so sorry. I never expected. . . I should of. . " he stopped himself. He knew he had to cure her damage some how. Link carried her to the spring in hope of healing her there. He layed her down to a rock would spport her back. Link stormed through his saddle bag to make sure he had a spare bottled fairy. Lucky he had one, but only one. He put it back and thought it'd be best to use as Plan B.

He walked back to her and asked in a sorrowfully tone, "Wha-What happened to you?"

[Ilia]

She blushed at his actions, amazed at how kind he was acting. She smiled softly, trying to tell him she was fine, but he wouldn't listen. She looked to him as he asked the question. She remained silent a moment.

"I ran after you when you left...i met up with some strange creatures, but I'm fine..I..Had brought you a faerie, but I had to use it. I'm sorry.."

Link faintly smiled and wished she wasn't in the conditon she is in now.

"It's ok. You put it into better use than I would, ever." After he spoke those words, he lead over and hugged her. Link was happy to know she's alright.

"I feel terrible for leaving you there. I never even thought about something like this happening."

[Ilia]

"Well, I've been feeling strange lately. As if someone has been watching me...Like Ganondorf's eyes were still resting upon me."

She felt the tears filling her eyes as she looked away.

[Link]

Link stood up and walked over toward Epona mumbling under his breath. He petted Epona's nose.

"Any idea why he may be watching you?" he asked looking back at Ilia.

[Ilia]

"I'm not sure it's him..just feels like it..."

She covered her mouth a moment, closing her eyes. She felt a small amount of pain burning inside of her.

[Link]

Link caught at the corner of his eye the sight of Ilia looking as if being in pain. He ran to with the bottled fairy he kept in his sadle bag. He ran to her side kneeling next to her holding her in his arm.

"Ilia, are you ok?" he asked still holding the bottle and petted her shoulder.

[Ilia]

She gave him a fake smile, nodding. She hugged him lightly, before standing. She let out a small sigh as she walked over to Epona and hugged around her neck.

"I'm fine...You should be worried for epona..and should be washing her..."

Link faked smiled and walked to Epona to pet her neck.

"I should, shouldn't I? She could use a nice bath."

Same old Ilia; always maintaining better care for Epona than Link. But something was bugging him. Maybe there's something Ilia wasn't telling him.

Link grabbed two brushes from his saddle bag and handed one to Ilia and he started brushing his side.

[Ilia]

She was hiding something. She loved his shadow, and was connected to him somehow.

"Link, I.."

[Link]

Hearing Ilia on the other side of Epona, Link looked over Epona's back to make eye contact with her.

"Yes, Ilia. Something wrong?"

[Ilia]

"N..no, it's nothing..."

Sh closed her eyes, feeling as if about to faint.
